Aloo Bonda Stuffing for multiple indian recipes
Aloo bonda / Aloo wada is widely cherished snack across india. It is very popular ready to go snack/breakfast in maharashtra, and is served along with pav as Mumbai wada pav. Apart from Aloo Bonda, a variety of Potato based snack items like aloo parratha, cutlet, sandwich, bread roll, samosa also have a common Potato stuffing.

Method of Preparation
Mix well Aloo Bonda content. Gradually add 250 ml warm water (1 portion mix + 1 portion water) in the mix. To enhance taste add 2 spoons of finely chopped onion, mix well and keep aside for 10 min.
Preparation Method of Aloo Bonda (10 – 12 Medium Size):
Make 10-12 equal sized balls from soaked aloo Bonda ready mix. Dip the balls in thick gram flour batter and deep fry in oil till golden brown.
Preparation Method for Sandwich (10 – 12 Medium Size):
Divide soaked aloo Bonda in 10-12 equal portions. Coat bread slices with tomato ketchup inside & butter outside. Sandwich aloo mix portion between bread slices and toast.
Preparation Method for Aloo Parratha (10 – 12 Medium Size):
Divide soaked aloo Bonda mix in 10-12 equal balls. Roll out small roti out of wheat dough, stuff aloo Bonda ball in roti and roll in round parratha. On a heated tawa, cook the parratha in ghee or oil till golden brown.
Preparation Method for Cutlet (10 Medium Size):
Divide soaked aloo Bonda mix in 10 equal portions & shape it like cutlet. Dip cutlet in milk and coat it firmly with bread crumbs. Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
