Sabudana Khichdi is among the traditional Indian recipes which are often savored as breakfast or evening snack and is available as street food in western India/region much like other marathi recipes. Sabudana Khichdi is made of sago, potato and crunchy peanuts and tastes slightly spicy. It is a delicious and nutritious food which is generally relished as vrat ka khana by Hindus across the country during fasting time.

Method of Preparation
– Soak Sabudana Khichadi mix in 200 ml water (1 portion mix + 1 portion water) for 30 min.
– Heat 30 gm (2 tablespoon) ghee/oil in open pan and add the mix to it, stir fry for 1 min on medium flame.
– Sprinkle 4 teaspoon water and cook on low flame for 5 min with covered lid.
