Crispy and Healthy Tea Time Snack
Moong Pakoda is crispy and healthy snack widely cherished in western India during tea time. The preparation of Mung Pakodi traditionally requires hours of soaking and grinding of daal to prepare a wet mix, which is then added with other ingredients to prepare final batter. Method of Preparation
- Add 200 ml water in 200 gm Mung Pakodii mix.
- Mix it well and keep aside for 20-25 minutes.
- Make small Pakodi’s from the mix and deep fry on medium to high flame till golden brown.
- Serve hot with chutney and green chilly.
